1. About SavyaPrice

SavyaPrice is a product information website that is not owned or operated by the manufacturers, retailers, or marketplaces whose products or services may be referenced on the website.

SavyaPrice helps users browse selected products and review model-specific product information and specifications.

SavyaPrice is not a seller, retailer, marketplace, manufacturer, broker, payment processor, fulfillment provider, or party to a product transaction.

SavyaPrice does not sell products, process payments, accept or fulfill orders, ship products, handle returns or refunds, or provide product warranties.

2. Product Information

Product information shown on SavyaPrice is provided for general informational purposes.

Information shown on SavyaPrice may include product names, model numbers, brand and category information, selected specifications, product characteristics, and related-model information.

SavyaPrice may organize, standardize, normalize, summarize, or present factual product information using its own categories and terminology. SavyaPrice’s presentation may therefore differ from the terminology, formatting, or organization used by the original source.

Product information may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, inaccurate, or changed by a manufacturer or other source after SavyaPrice reviews it.

SavyaPrice organizes products by identified manufacturer model number. Different model numbers, sizes, capacities, configurations, finishes, or product families may be treated as separate products.

SavyaPrice does not assume that information for one model applies to another model simply because the products are related, belong to the same series, or appear visually similar.

The absence of a specification or feature from SavyaPrice should not be interpreted as confirmation that the product does not have that specification or feature.

SavyaPrice covers a selected set of products.

SavyaPrice does not represent every product, model, brand, specification, or feature available in the market.

The inclusion or placement of a product or brand on SavyaPrice does not by itself mean that SavyaPrice endorses, recommends, sponsors, or considers the product better suited to a particular user. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, private, unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or infringing information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse SavyaPrice.

• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to systematically access, extract, copy, monitor, or reproduce SavyaPrice content without permission, except for generally available search engines accessing publicly available pages for search indexing in accordance with SavyaPrice’s robots.txt and other applicable crawler instructions.

Their appearance on SavyaPrice is for product identification and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of SavyaPrice content or third-party intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SavyaPrice is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SavyaPrice makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website or any information shown on it.

SavyaPrice does not warrant that:

• Information is accurate, complete, current, or error-free
• Product specifications or model information are complete or accurate
• Related-model information is complete or accurate
• Every available product, model, specification, or feature is included
• Generic illustrations accurately represent the exact appearance, finish, or features of a product
• The website will be uninterrupted or secure
• Any error will be corrected

SavyaPrice does not provide product warranties.

You should confirm important product details, compatibility, warranty coverage, eligibility, and terms with the manufacturer or another appropriate authoritative source when those details are important to your decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SavyaPrice’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the website will not exceed the greater of one hundred United States dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to SavyaPrice during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations in this section do not apply to liability resulting from SavyaPrice's fraud, gross negligence, or willful or wanton misconduct, or to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SavyaPrice and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

• Your material violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party
• Information you submit to SavyaPrice that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms or a third party’s rights

9. Changes, Governing Law, and General Terms

SavyaPrice may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

SavyaPrice may add, remove, or change website content, products, product information, features, functionality, sources, methods, or processes as the website develops.

SavyaPrice may update these Terms from time to time.

Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date and, unless otherwise stated, will apply prospectively from the date they become effective.

When required by applicable law, or when a change materially affects users’ rights or obligations, SavyaPrice may provide additional notice or require affirmative acceptance before continued use of an affected feature.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

No Waiver

SavyaPrice’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and the operator of SavyaPrice concerning your use of the website.

SavyaPrice’s Privacy Policy separately describes how SavyaPrice collects, uses, stores, and handles information. Certain features may also be subject to additional terms or notices presented in connection with those features.
